PRE Management has implemented several energy efficient features to help reduce our impact on the environment.

Lighting Upgrades
We utilize a new type of lighting called “day lighting” which increases the productivity in your office environment. Day lighting consists of light bulbs that are made with a different light spectrum resembling natural light provided by the sun. This particular lighting helps prevent fatigue and makes it easier for you to read and work in an indoor environment.

Lighting Controls
We have installed a variety of lighting controls such as timers, daylight sensors, and motion sensors that help our clients to save money. We assess each individual environment on a one-on-one basis for determining the best way to control the lighting. We educate our clients on the steps they can take to save on lighting costs since the energy usage is directly impacted by each individual in the building.

Water Saving Features
PRE Management regularly monitors and tests the facilities and sprinkler systems to ensure there are no leaks. We also encourage our tenants to immediately report any leaking faucets or running toilets.
