Roof Coating at Chase Northcross

PRE recently underwent a retrofit over the old gravel build-up roofing system at our Chase Northcross offices at 7600 Burnet Rd., using a two-part polyurethane application with embedded fiber mesh. This energy-efficient system could be applied to any office or residential roof, and will help lower utility bills as well as save energy and electricity. This system also uses less resources by conserving a portion of the usable existing roofing materials, while still creating a roof that will last for the next 25 years.
